The people who book the appointment told us the car we had was available when it wasn’t and the speed in getting the financing in place and the car ready could ready could have been faster, we were at the dealership for 6 hours. However, the sales person Jordana managed the poor situation that the other parts of the service created very well.

Had an issue with the window paneling on my 2024 Telluride. This center never encountered it before, but we able to see it was a recurring issue elsewhere. Replacements are on backorder, but they were able to arrange everything for me. Just waiting on the pieces now.
