Making the appointment online was not possible but over the phone it was quick and seamless. Staff was friendly, intake was thorough and documented my concerns. Work was quick as I waited in the office. And I appreciated the updates in between. My EV9 was ready in 1.5 hours. All issues resolved except for one recall where the part needed to be ordered. Unclear if dealership will follow up with me when the part comes in, I will call in again to check. Overall received great service and will be making Northstar Kia my default service center for my EV9.
Horrible. Completely untrustworthy, changing prices and options and not be completely open and honest. Never presenting a clear picture.

I was in the shop 5 hours with little to no answers. Finally got a car at 840pm and the car was damaged “brand new car” it’s been almost 5 days and no one has contacted me regarding my questions and concerns. I would not recommend

After the sale of a car, I cannot get in contact with anyone from the dealer who can provide a useful answer to any question I may have. The salesperson I was working with no longer works at the dealership within the week of the sale. The problem has a simple solution where someone can be assigned to finalize a brief registration process. They will reach out only for a great review but not to help with additional tasks. Long wait but Manny was fantastic. Great customer service. It will take you more than 2 hours to get your car back. Dealerships are usually more expensive but should anything go wrong, you can always bring it back to them.

I had a great experience at Kia. My only issue was when I asked about a rubber sil. The mechanic was not sure about the part number and did not want to order the part. I was given a possible part # to look up. If I bring my car to a dealership I expect the dealer to know everything about the car. I shouldn't have to find the part and then pay to have you install the part. I do not work for your organization.
