I had my oil change service done on 8/6. Mr. Cosimo Santitate was very welcoming and checked for any recalls or other services that might be due.
While I was waiting, he showed me the air filter and suggested replacing it. I told him I usually change it myself, and he politely said it was completely up to me without any pressure. I really appreciated his respectful approach and felt very comfortable.
My car was ready in about 1.5 hours, exactly as estimated. He also told me about the dealer’s free car wash and showed me the closest location.

I found Northstar Kia to be eager to make a sale without pressuring me. The salesperson Naomi listened to what I wanted in a car and worked within my budget. The sales manager was integral factor in closing the deal. I really wanted to give the dealership 5/5 stars however despite being told to call Mr. Oliva to set up vin etching my texts and calls were left unanswered. I found this disappointing but I’ll give him the benefit that he’s busy.
I brought my car in for an oil change. I was then quoted additional service equaling over $2k. On top of it the paperwork stated that I witnessed a leak on my shocks when that was absolutely not the case. I mentioned it to him and he just said that's the way the computer lists it. That's incredibly unprofessional. On top of that I was about to leave and some guy comes out and says oh I forgot to put these back in your car to seal up where the cabin filter goes. They insistently recommended services that, according to the manufacturer, weren't due until much later, yet they failed to perform a necessary tire rotation. Furthermore, I arrived on a Saturday with a malfunctioning smart cruise control radar, but they refused to even look at it because it was the weekend, forcing me to come back another time. I was greeted by David as I walked in. Told him I was given an out the door quote on a particular vehicle. We worked on the numbers a little more. We made a deal when we reached an agreement on said vehicle.

I was very happy with the service I received there. In fact I’m very happy every time I go there the representatives are very professional and they explained everything needs to be done very clearly.
I got there first thing in the morning. I explained my issue to him. He got back to me within 30 minutes. Explain what the problem was and my car was ready to pick up so I was there for about an hour and an hour and a half tops.
Excellent service and staff. You all have sent me multiple requests for reviews. I have filled out all of them. This is getting to be too much. I have expressed how wonderful the team and facility is multiple times in multiple requests. If you keep sending more surveys, I may change my opinion of your operation.

I walked in to service my car after Hailey booked me for the appointment. Came in and James attended me at the counter. greeted me, and a few minutes later I was out.
Issue with 10 mth old car , less than 6000 miles and while staff listened , issue not fixed , so ??????????
I called the service center and asked to book an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I also mentioned that the car was jerking. In the end, they only checked the jerking issue and didn't change the oil. When I realized this, I called the service center, and they claimed I hadn't mentioned the oil change—even though I had specifically asked for an oil change when I first booked the appointment.
It was a great and easy visit, and the staff was super helpful and kind!
