I get the feeling my horn sound was deliberately lowered or tampered with from the first time I went there for my windshield wipers. My horn was fine and then when I left I had no horn, which is more than dangerous. I nearly got into a car accident without it. I think they did it to my Kia so I would come back and they could get another job. I noticed the guy had a sinister smile on his face when I said it suddenly disappeared. I completed all application paperwork beforehand and let the salesperson know when I would arrive to pick up the car. I was still at the dealership for 4 hours before I left with my new car. I purchased an EV and had to wait for the car to be charged and cleaned. The salesperson also repeatedly told me that the dealership was doing me a favor by allowing me to fill out my application online before I arrived. It was not a pleasant experience. Service and staff are very good I was there for maintenance i got there before my appointment but Manny and James were very kind to take me in.
My experience at North Star KIA was excellent. They quickly completed my oil change and were able to give me information about extended warranty options during my appointment. Overall very satisfied with my experience.
Caleb was a very patient, knowledgeable, smart salesman. My experience with Alex was that he was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. And Terry was instrumental with me getting my registration.
Friendly and fast service. The only suggestion to improve would be to have a better coffee selection and creamers.
I called at opening around 8am and was able to schedule a same day appointment for a leaking tire. They showed me a photo of the screw in my tire before saying it needed to be replaced because a patch wouldn't hold in that location. Service was quick and friendly.

I was scheduled for a recall, but when I came, the part needed to be ordered. I took a day off, becuse recalls are only done on weekedays. I had to make another appointment and come back another day.
Very unprofessional group of liars and mechanics who have no idea what they are doing. Took them over a month to find out what was wrong with my car and fix it. I had to come back multiple times and point out things that were not fixed. They are basically con artists and liars.
