Staff at this dealership is warm and welcoming from receptionist to the floor clerks down to the person who moves the cars from the warehouse, the internet sales reps were also attentive with texting as a follow up after visiting the dealership. Despite having to sit around for almost 6 hours to finalize the sale (seemingly as a sales tactic), the car was delivered with one key. After repeated requests the key was supposedly sent last week and it has been 5 (3 business) days and have yet to receive the second key.
